We provide strong advisory expertise, capitalizing on powerful mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, corporate banking, and treasury product expertise to deliver integrated financial solutions.

Within our Global Corporate and Investment Bank we are creating a new ESG Advisory and Financing Solutions team.  This group will house ESG expertise within GCIB.  The team will support Product and Banking Industry partners to help determine how ESG impacts their clients’ cost of capital and strategic initiatives, while also advising on and structuring transactions to meet the clients’ ESG goals.  Our aim is to provide highest quality advice on all ESG matters, informed by in depth knowledge of markets, investor preferences, and regulatory requirements. Everything thing we do will be guided by a goal to support our clients in their transition to a low carbon environment and desire have a positive social impact.

Job Description

The Analyst will report to the ESG Advisory and Financing Solutions Content, Analytics and Data Governance lead.

Key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Deliver ESG content, analysis and reporting to key stakeholders
• Partner closely with internal teams to implement data governance for internal reporting routines
• Assist in the coordination and  development of a holistic ESG training program for coverage officers across GCIB
• Help ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of ESG policy and regulatory developments 
• Tracking of ESG related transactions across GCIB
• Produce materials for senior leadership with insight into insight into BofA’s ESG market performance across products
• Work collaboratively with other Bank personnel to coordinate external speaking engagements
• Coordinate BofA hosted ESG related events such as ESG conferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;
• A track record of producing high quality presentations and content
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills
• Distinguished written and oral communications skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team collaborative environment; and
• Fluent in English
• 2+ years of financial services or ESG related experience desired
• Experience developing and coordinating training for large organizations desired
