Role Description:
About the project:
Our application is a liquidity management tool which is used to ensure that Bank has enough assets to cover its liabilities. We operate across different businesses (FI, FX, Swaps etc.), reading data from multiple data sources and classify it. We create asset traceability by linking long and short positions. Data we produce is used by traders and for regulatory reporting purposes.
Application is also responsible for stress modelling.

SoUsA - Asset Traceability is a strategic liquidity risk calculation system in OPS Tech
organization.
This system currently performs most of the risk calculations for global markets data.
The vision of Liquidity Management leadership is to migrate all remaining risk calculations currently done in other applications and offline calculations into this application.
As part of enterprise data initiative management program BofA is expected to remediate top 800+ data gaps logged in enterprise eDIM portal over next 3 years.
This initiative is driven by regulatory exam and have a deadline of end of 2023.
SoUsA which is one of the liquidity risk calculation application is expected to onboard 55 new legal entities on SoUsA platform in next 2 years.
