
Job Description:
The Wholesale Credit Admin Associate II role manages a large portfolio of mixed complexity multiproduct credit relationships within the Commercial Real Estate Banking group. Responsible for monitoring customer exposure, data integrity and compliance with Credit Policy, process, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Compares and evaluates the output of multiple systems to determine cause of data integrity issues and works to remedy those issues. Monitors and assists in the resolution of various client needs and ensures that role activities comply with internal bank audit/control requirements. Independently reviews credit documentation for portfolio tracking and compliance monitoring. Reviews Credit Approval Memorandums and executed loan documents for new and existing credit exposure related to end-to-end data entry and process and procedures monitoring compliance. Deals directly with business partners and/or external clients regarding requests for financial and collateral monitoring, policy requirements, waivers or questions regarding clarification of financial statement collection, covenant requirements and expired credit exposure. Prepares, reviews and distributes various reports to ensure accuracy related to independent data entry and data management. Participates in projects that define Policy and Procedures, as a result of evolving businesses and creation of necessary efficiencies. Important member of the Commercial Real Estate Banking team and risk management process.
