Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology related subject preferable

Essential Skills:

• Possessing knowledge, experience, and capabilities in the System Development of solutions

• Strong understanding of MS SQL Server, hands on developer with DB development skills on MS SQL server with at least 5+ years of working experience: TSQL queries, stored procedures, views, etc.

• Experience of the full lifecycle of software development and delivery, well versed with SDLC

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, strong at Process, System, and Data analysis

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

• Familiar with Global Markets and Banking products and its E2E operational processing flow

• Ability to work closely with business/technology groups and translate user requirements into Software design and Technical specifications

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; extremely organized with strong time-management skills

• Candidate must be a strong team player with good communication skills

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking English and Mandarin. Have experiences on working with off-shore team

Desired Skills:

• Fast Learner, can learn and understand complex systems quickly

• Enjoy working with data and investigating systems and products at detailed transaction level

• Experience in NFRR projects is a plus

What you can expect

The role is to interact with a variety of technology groups and work on in-house system development for both Global Markets and Banking businesses.

The role will also provide opportunity to work with cross functional team, stakeholders and project office to understand the business requirements and coming up with system solutions for Business Enablement or External Regulatory requirements in Bank of America, China.

What you will do

• Work on in-house development and deliver high quality system solutions based on business needs for a variety of business cases

• Construct Workflow/System analysis and deliver high quality Functional and Technical Design documents

• Work with stakeholders and determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements

• Work with Project Office and Technology teams to estimate project scopes, costs and time requirements
