Analyst II - Tech Delivery (Merchant Processing)

Job Description:

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of business and/or system programs and communications to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities include working with senior executives and stakeholders to capture their program status updates, assist with financials and reporting and develop/deliver communication plans and materials.  May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and prepare stakeholder material for the programs and organizational health.
• Ensure programs and organizational health are compliant with bank standards and policies and technology governance processes/procedures. 
• Document processes and procedures specific to the operational health of the organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
• Create, maintain and present organizational and program materials for use by the senior leadership team and managers of teams.

Required Skills/Experience

• Ability to work independently, multi–task, manage time wisely, handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity. 

• Expertise in managing large work efforts using tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Intralinks

• Advanced proficiency/knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency/knowledge of Adobe suite of products
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Pro-active attitude with ability to stay focused
• Strong Project management skills and experience
• Experience creating digital content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communicator and self-starter with excellent writing ability and attention to detail
• Earn trust and influence at a high level and demonstrate on setting high standards regarding team communications and content
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership

Desired Skills/ Experience

• Merchant Services technology execution experience

• Highly effective in driving process improvement to attain Agile adoption

• SharePoint design and development experience.
