The Consumer Digital Banking business is responsible for developing and executing Bank of America’s mobile and online strategy, roadmap and transformation. The team is focused on making banking, investing and borrowing more convenient for customers by delivering innovative products and services across mobile devices, online platforms, new digital experiences, and advanced banking centers. 

The Preferred Digital Strategy team reports to the Chief Digital Executive (Preferred), and is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives across digital banking, investing and retirement.  Our core mission is to engage our most valued clients with personalized capabilities and services to improve their financial lives.

The Preferred Digital Strategy Analyst role will be responsible for supporting Preferred Digital strategic initiatives along with KPI reporting.  This individual will be a key contributor to the design and development of business strategies utilizing a strong background in data and technology.  They must be able to take a project from start to finish and present results and new ideas to senior management.  We are looking for a motivated individual who can create key analytics and apply those results into an actionable digital strategy. 

Responsibilities:

•                Identify key growth opportunities and benchmarks using data driven analytics

•                Create dashboards and key metrics on new initiatives to ensure success of the programs and performance vs targets

•                Facilitate consolidation of data sources into usable structures to allow ease of recurring reporting and analytics

•                Manage multiple ongoing projects as well as ad hoc analytics

•                Develop business relationships with key partners

Required Skills:

•                5+ years of financial services experience

•                1+ years of analytic experience

•                Experience creating reporting utilizing multiple established / new data sources and reporting / dashboard visualization tools (MicroStrategy and Tableau)

•                Demonstrated, hands on experience with reporting and analytical tools (i.e. Advanced Excel, SQL, Toad, Teradata etc)

•                A data-driven, analytical mindset and approach to problem solving

•                Strong, proactive relationship management and communications skills

•                Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on high quality execution

•                Demonstrated ability to manage through influence and drive change in a mature business and matrix organization

•                Polished executive presence and past successful interactions with senior management

•                Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, top tier four year university

Desired Skills:

•                8+ years of financial services experience

•                3+ years of analytic experience

•                Familiarity with analytical methods (i.e. regression, hypothesis testing, tree analysis, etc)

•                Experience with advanced analytical tools (i.e. SAS, JMP, Python, etc)

•                Previous experience driving the execution of projects involving technical topics (i.e. business intelligence, analytics, technology platforms, etc)

•                Advanced Degree (MBA, MS in data science, etc) from an accredited university
