Hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst Delivery Lead - Technology

Job Description:

Partner with Business and Technology teams to define and implement target state business processes for pre-trade, trade capture, and deal booking with improved data quality and completeness for Front Office as well as Enterprise Consumers. Drive complete end to end desk transformation with retirement of applications or processes for macro lines of business with the new Workstation strategy. – Responsible for the requirements, analysis and documentation of the new build for the Sales, Trader workspaces. Align Business requirements to technical specification and partner with development teams to ensure all requirements have been met. – Implement adoption plan for sales, trading and trade control that aligns with the product delivery roadmap of new Workstation functionality and legacy flows. Ensure proper program governance for testing and audit documentation is followed. – Establish stakeholder relationship. Responsible for partnership, tracking, and delivery execution of all Finance adoption workstreams. Enforce single, cross-asset treatment across all lines of business within downstream processes. "

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.

Position Summary

Global Markets Front to Back is a new initiative approved for a 5 year Phase 1 focusing on end to end standardization of our data, risk, pnl and processes. There are 20 horizontals across Front Office, QSG, Qz Core, FO Technology, Finance Technology, GMOT Tech, Operations, Finance, Market Risk and Risk technology along with many other enterprise consumers and Data teams. This program covers all Markets LOBs and asset classes.

Primary Skill

Preferred functional skillsets of both PM and BA (hybrid role) with 3 to 7 years of experience in similar roles. The individual needs to not only manage the work stream but must be able to do detailed analysis of number of different markets trading instruments.

Strong preference of Finance or Trading applications experience is required. Understanding of end to end trade flow preferred.

Coordinates the work efforts of multiple functional teams through a project plan. Manages basic scope control procedures. Develops documentation; monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. Initiates and maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders. Analyzes and reports project status. Monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content. Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines. Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and development leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities. Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation. Assists in the development and implementation of contingency plans. 4 year degree minimum. Great presentation skills, possesses a commanding presence.
