• Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of procedures
• Coordinates training for, and implementation of new products and services
• Provides communication for system updates/enhancements and operational changes
• Facilitates onboarding training to include compliance course deliveries to new employees
• Provides ad hoc developmental or remedial training to all employees as required
• Supports the research and resolution of complex transactions and/or escalated cases from business partners
• Performs daily, weekly or monthly reporting metrics as required

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3 -5 years of experience demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills including attention to detail.
• Ability to work in high volume environment, adhering to production standards and SLA's set by management
• Basic understanding of upstream /downstream business partner processes (i.e., IDP, R&A, PSS, TCE, OD Services, IRC, ARP, Lockbox, Vault , Banking Center etc.)
• Demonstrates thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness; achieving performance metrics on a consistent basis
• Communicates in a clear and straightforward manner, focusing on key points
• Demonstrates leadership skills consistently
• Adaptability to manage multiple tasks/projects within deadline
• Ability to embrace change with a positive approach
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business
• Demonstrates ability to juggle competing priorities while executing against deliverables
