Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training. Individuals typically have 2 to 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Processes wire transactions in one or more of the company's internal operations database to support domestic and international consumer, commercial and wholesale bank businesses or services functions
  • Performs all the functions required at the Sr. Ops Rep level and typically will act as a workflow coordinator and/or a subject matter expert

Minimum Required Skills:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Typing and Data entry experience
  • Able to prioritize daily work to meet deadlines and goals for Federal Reserve cutoff.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to be punctual
  • Able to work weekends/overtime when needed
  • Experience with working independently and on teams
  • Operations experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experienced using multiple systems
  • 2+ years’ experience in a corporate business environment
