Job Description:

Your background

- Possess valid Securities specialist issued by Taiwan Securities Associations and Futures Specialist certificates issued by Chinese National Futures associations are mandatory
- Product knowledge, previous experience in Taiwan Equities market is preferable
- Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection and Funding
- Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner.
- Excellent communications skills in Mandarin and English and ability to present to an audience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate

What you can expect

- Handle Exchange Account onboarding for Merrill Lynch Securities (Taiwan) Limited with required documents to fulfill the onboarding process.
- Interface with Front Desk/Client and Custodian bank on the enquiry related to account status.  
- Support team members in handling other account maintenance processes

What you will do

- Resolution and timely escalation if any irregular issues
- Timely response to Front Desk/Client queries regarding account status
- Compliant with Internal Policy and not breach Laws Rule and Regulations requirement
