Business Support Lead

Job Description:

Position Summary:

Support business critical processes in Securities & LATAM Technology.
Role will cover BAU Project Management (daily monitoring of BAU programs, assist in uploading deployment documentation into GCP artifacts, act as Liaison between Ops Technology, the enterprise ECM team and Securities & LATAM technology teams, continuously monitor team metrics to ensure adherence , manage CRQ details), KENDO Licensing (adding/removing developers, license renewal, tracking costs), manage RTO office and space management processes, assist in COO/BSM support (Monthly Financials and RAFT updates), Employee Engagement activities (TH’s, Skip Levels, Team events), and provide global support/training/guidance to Application Managers.
Responsibilities:
Monthly forecasting and analysis (Base & Initiative), including financial reconciliation Headcount reporting and resource data maintenance Creating and tracking hiring requests Understanding onboarding controls Monitoring compliance routines Facilitating office space decisions Engaging in employee engagement activities.

Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May direct workflow activities.
