Senior Operations Consultant - Lien Release - MVSO

Job Description:

Responsible for day-to-day management of the Lien Release client experience and managing the various line of business partnerships for lien release. Leads in the resolution of front line lien release problems and the execution of various plans with both lien release line of business partners and clients to ensure a smooth experience for both internal and external customers. Functions as the technical expert in their assigned area. Provides work direction, guidance and expertise to less experienced associates and provides training to associates and Business Partners. Expected to build strong relationships with business partners and internal team to drive positive interactions and meaningful growth within operations. Has in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Identifies procedure gaps and inconsistencies

- Ensures all changes are communicated to the team

- Hold monthly meetings with LOB partners to ensure lien release compliance

- Compile and create monthly reporting metrics for executive review

- Designing, implementing and maintaing an employee feedback process that leverages the voice of the employee for potential improvements

- Review reporting to identify trending issues and formulate plans to address.

- 1-2 years of lien release or equivalent process experience

- 2-3 years of experience of operational relationship management

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Detail oriented with strong organizational/time management skills

- Effective communication skills

- Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Desired Skills:

- Ability to communicate across and up in the organization

- Able to work independently and is a critical thinker and decision maker

- Excellent relationship abilities with the capability to influence across the group
