Job Description:

Seeking an experienced, Feature Lead-Technology professional, who will be on the Architecture and Shared Capabilities (ASC) team, which is part of Data Analytics and Insights Technologies (DAIT) Org at Bank of America who will provide technology solutions to Banks most of the lines of business. The MIE (Message Integration Engine) team is part of this Shared Services DAIT Team that provides Integration platform and Event platform for internal applications. The Group primarily supports the Application Development and enhancement for all Loan and Customer details. Application Development (core) team handles all the initiative development, application support, maintenance activities and application governance activities. 

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong leadership and Project management skills
• Work experience in Enterprise Integration Bus Technology (IIB), WebSphere MQ
• Research capability to find new and innovative solutions to problems.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands on IT Project lead/Management work experience in the industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM IIB  and WebSphere MQ, with excellent knowledge of SOA,EIB concepts
• Strong JAVA and .NET knowledge
• Deep understanding of REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML and SOA Design and develop enterprise services using RAML in Mule, REST based APIs, SOAP Web Services and use of different mule connectors
• Familiarity with multi-system integration and common issues that can arise when integrating enterprise technologies
• Should have knowledge of Eclipse, OOS, SoapUI and Splunk tools.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems/design architectures:
o Application Optimization
o Local/Global Traffic Management
o High-availability strategies
o Understanding of Networking infrastructures
o Load balancers (BigIP), Proxy Servers, Firewalls, DNS
• Strong understanding and experience with security implementations (e.g. SSL/mutual SSL, PKI strategies, SAML, oAuth, Siteminder, WS-Auth)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interface with clients, technology partners, testing, architecture and analysis groups
• Provide technical mentorship and design input to team members
• Experience with tools such as ALM (Quality Center) , Rally, UFT, Work, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Office communicator, WebEx etc.,
• Experience working with remote teams - ability to be flexible with working hours.
• Should have worked on Agile methodology and Scrum processes
 

Desired Skills:

•-Ability to design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise Integration Bus solutions
•-Ability to design  and code industry standard API using IBM IIB
•-Good experience in team collaboration and team interaction.
•-Prioritizes work within an agile team and take responsibility for the development of ongoing enhancements.
•-Create and prioritize user stories and work closely with agile teams, frequently update JIRA tasks.
•-Define, Track, and drive progress towards quality objectives for specific projects.
•-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•-Capable of managing multiple competing priorities, team player with experience coaching and mentoring resources.
•-Should be familiar with VB script and Java Script
