Financial Center ATM Technology Operations Support Manager - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

This role entails:

- producing and delivering Executive Stability & Performance Trend Reporting;

- Ability to perform analysis to identify and quantify instability sources while partnering with accountable internal/external teams to drive corrective actions;

- Partner with ATM & FC support teams to define business needs for development of performance dashboards and performance reporting automation

- Identify and operationalize operational support functions across ATM & FC delivery and support functions

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills are a must.
  • Candidate must be able to navigate multiple applications simultaneously in addition to Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Candidate must have experience directly troubleshooting issues to maintain stability of a network (ATM is ideal)

Desired Skills

  • ATM knowledge/experience, networking / communications, Remedy; ESQ, and SPLUNK.
  • Proficiency with telephone, as majority of day will be utilizing telecom.
