Zelle Sr. Digital Manager

Job Description:

The Bank of America Payments team is seeking a product manager to help manage our Zelle Product for the Consumer and Small Business Bank.  In this role, you will keep the client experience at the forefront to identify and deliver strategic and tactical solutions to help reduce risk for the bank while improving the client experience. The Product Leader will have a history of getting stuff done -- developing relationships/partnerships and operating professionally at the highest levels.

              

The successful candidate will bring to our team a strong suite of Product and Project management, as well as payments knowledge and expertise.  This leader will not only help lead the digital aspects of Zelle but also utilize resources from across the bank to effectively run the product.  He/she must be a strong leader, a creative and resourceful team player, and an enthusiastic partner excited to drive Zelle forward.   

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Develop a vision, set a strategic roadmap, and flawlessly execute

•  Design, Develop, and Deliver new and improved product features, functionality, and client experiences

•  Build and Maintain strong internal and external relationships

•  Organize and Lead multi-million dollar projects to make our clients lives better

•  Monitor the competitive landscape and come up with new and innovative ideas and suggestions     

Required Skills:

•  5+ years of Product/Project management experience

•  Digital Payments knowledge and experience

•  Highly effective Relationship and Communications skills

•  Agile, Value Streams, complex product portfolio management

•  Understand Fraud and its impact to banking and payments

•  Analytical thinking, ability to use data to drive decision

Desired Skills:

•  UX Expertise

•  Consulting experience

•  Technology experience

•  Strategy experience
