Tech Delivery Lead

LOB Job Description:

Delivery Lead within Global Human Resources Technology. Partners with key Business, Development, Business Solutions, Program/Project Management, Architecture, Production Support and Testing to develop and implement the tactical and strategic planning of all phases of application, environment and support management. Responsibilities include:
• Business relationship management, liaison to Global Human Resources and Shared Service Providers (SSPs)
• Shared Service oversight and adherence to the GHR Technology engagement model, ensure that SSPs understand business direction and priorities
• Provide leadership and management with a focus on ensuring delivery and execution are being managed against strategic goals and direction
• Matrix manage solution leads, analysts, process leads and test leads to achieve defined goals
• Manage budgets, monitor progress, adjust resources and priorities accordingly
• Manage and provide Application portfolio oversight working closely with external vendors, application and vendor managers
• Provide risk oversight for business and technology risk

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels
• Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors and internal technology groups
• Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid experience of process & release management
• Can work unsupervised
• Is a self-starter
• Strong organizational and relationship management skills
• Can prioritize tasks appropriately

Desired Skills:

 SDLC management experience
• Knowledge of Agile and waterfall software delivery methodology
