Job Title: Structured Funding Trading Assistant

Role Description:

The Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) & Derivative Core Operations (FDCO) team perform end to end trade control, confirmation and settlements processes across FICC businesses and provides utility OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for non FICC businesses.

Within FDCO, the teams provide multiple services such as FICC trade control, Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic matching and settlement, Over the Counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement, and commodities operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with Fixed Income products, preferably from a Trading Support or other Front Office facing role
  • Working knowledge Fixed Income products
  • Working knowledge of current regulatory landscape (SFTR, MIFID2, CSDR)
  • Inquisitive and analytical mindset
  • Ability to prioritise multiple demands within
  • Must be able to operate successfully in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Operational Risk awareness
  • Technology literate - competent user of MS Excel, Bloomberg and standard industry platforms

Preferred:

  • Exposure to IR derivatives & Exchange traded products
