Enterprise Architect Engineer

Responsible for performing critical analysis, metric reporting and related automation which supports performance tracking of Enterprise Architecture objectives. Provides analytical support on various product strategies to ensure division goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports senior management. Reviews and analyzes trends in current population distributions and recommends strategies. May participate in or develop more complex program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical modeling.

Role responsibilities:

  • Aggregation of data and analytic/performance reporting information to various businesses across the Enterprise.
  • Design and develop reporting automation and dashboard reporting 
  • Perform advanced data extraction from various source databases, normalization of data and automation of processes
  • Identify and understand data and respond to questions about data or reported information
  • Develop required process documentation
  • Perform Data Quality validations and related analysis
  • Collaborate with requestors to understand data needs

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel experience
  • Python, SQL/Database experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior   stakeholders in a clear, concise and influential way
  • Independent problem solving
  • Critical thinking
  • Data quality mindset
  • Collaboration and ability to work in a team environment
  • Takes initiative and manages time well

Desired Skills:

  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Programming knowledge (VBA, Java, Dot Net)
