Operations Consultant - MVSO

Addison, Texas;

Job Description:

Responsible for horizontal role across Default Operations to ensure appropriate vetting and support of Laws, Rules and Regulations specific to post sale operations.  Will act as lead for audits & exams and Point Of Contact for Business Controls.  Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s), including research. Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities.  Builds strong relationships with Business Partners across LOBs. Has in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 3-5 years of experience.

Required Skills:

• Adaptable to change and able to work well independently

• Experience with executive presentations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills  

• Prior MVSO and/or Business Controls experience

Desired Skills:

•  Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel

•  Proficiency in framing problems and developing impactful solutions with minimal oversight
