Global Equities - Equity Sales - Vice President / Director

Job Description:

The role is based in Dubai and will be focused on Equity Sales, both regional product and global product to both regional and global clients.

The person would work closely with EM sales in London and in addition, will have a cross product mandate to build our overall equities business in MENA (swaps, derivatives and structured products) and cross client channel (SWFs, banks, family offices) with the aim of growing the business in MENA. 

The role involves working closely with BofA’s large and widespread research franchise as well as the distribution network across the globe to work towards constantly improving and maintaining BofA market share and building on our strong global franchise.

The role will include the following key features:

  • Collate, filter, manage and disseminate market news and BofA research views to a range of global customers and execute subsequent business
  • Responsible for managing and communicating the needs of a large and diverse client base across various BofA touch points, including equity derivatives, financing, advisory etc.
  • Being able to respond to different needs as client types vary e.g. SWF to large family office
  • Responsible for interaction on a daily basis with all parts of the equity floor including derivatives, financing, sales, electronic, market structure and more in an effort to cross sell BofA products and ensure all relevant touch points between the client and BAML are covered
