Job Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of complex loan administration transactions in accordance with established policies, processes and procedures. Ability to clearly read, understand and interpret loan documents. Thorough knowledge of loan accounting/reconciliation of general ledger debits and credits, including research and clearing exceptions on processed transactions.  Research and resolve differences on various systems (i.e. interest discrepancies, DDA, wire transfer discrepancies, etc.). Interacts with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient, high quality loan processing. Handles a variety of functions (multi-tasking) and/or transactions, including priorities that require immediate attention.  Enters and verifies numeric data from a variety of sources into the loan system of record. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Works under general supervision.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with little management supervision
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to communicate effectively internal business partners
  • 1-2 years previous booking experience or Credit Agreement knowledge
  • Loan IQ experience
  • Microsoft excel skills a plus
