Job Description
"The Emerging Payments & Innovation team seeks a driven, highly communicative and strategic leader to own connecting to and managing partners around the globe.  The Emerging Payments Product Manager will identify, develop relationships and negotiate partnership agreements with strategic FinTech's and payment networks who can improve BofA's business-to-consumer domestic and cross-border payment offerings.  The Emerging Payments  Product Manager will have strong project management skills and work cross-functionally with internal business partners and individuals at FinTech's and payment networks to manage and enhance the product set.  They will do this by (i) understanding the current multi-phase roadmap and enhancing it to expand the product's geographic footprint and capabilities, (ii) leading negotiations with other partners, (iii) developing and documenting business requirements to drive BofA's technology development and develop accompanying operational processes, and (iv) creating commercialization strategies as the bank's product set expands.  The ideal candidate will have experience identifying business development opportunities, developing a strategy and executing on it while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across the bank. 

The Emerging Payments product set has been developed over a number of years.  The individual who fills this role will work to understand the current offerings and roadmap as well as formulate a long-term plan to expand the bank's business-to-consumer digital payment methods.  A key goal is to reach more countries and corridors, so GTS clients can send digital, real-time payments to more consumers globally.  They will work cross-functionally to ensure that all product developments work end-to-end as it relates to technology, operations, servicing, fulfillment, reporting, billing, and commercialization. 

Further, the Product Manager will be a key, contributing member of the Emerging Payments & Innovation team.  The Emerging Payments & Innovation team is the forward leaning team in GTS which looks and evaluates new technologies, payment schemes, and partners to deliver new and innovative ideas to the marketplace."

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience related to Payments and/or Transaction Services

• Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls
• Excellent project management skills
• Detail oriented, with strong organization skills
• Team player, comfortable interacting with senior colleagues throughout the organization
• Able to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus quickly with changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations and effective listening skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs
• Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree"
