Audit/Exam Sr Business Control Specialists

Job Description:

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence with the business. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for tracking, monitoring and escalation of risk related issue to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture.

Required/Desired:

3 - 5 years’ experience working with regulators, audit, compliance and risk management operating partners.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Performs activities with an intellectual curiosity to identify emerging risks and
issues
• Ability to build relationships and work across all Front Line Units and operating
partners across the enterprise
• Ability to manage multiple work efforts simultaneously under tight timelines,
works with a sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented to ensure quality and accurate work product with keen ability to
roll up for executive messaging
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex
concepts and information
• Ability to navigate in a highly-matrix environment and proven ability to distil
complex information into key messages
• Ability to initiate and engage with all levels of the organization
• Strong proficiency with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
• Highly organized and able to track multiple deliverables
• Knowledge of risk management/risk framework; ability to identify, escalate, and
debate risk
