Skills Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Three to five years’ experience in marketing, communications or talent acquisition

  • Understand recruitment lifecycles

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

  • Ability to write creatively, persuasively and effectively

  • An enthusiastic self-starter who will manage programs end to end

  • Exceptional English language skills, knowledge of an Asian-language would be a benefit given the APAC coverage

Critical Competencies:

  • Be able to juggle multiple activities

  • Develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of internal partners

  • Be professionally curious

  • Navigate and thrive in a complex matrixed organization structure

  • Be consultative, communicate openly

What you can expect

We are seeking a team member responsible for helping manage marketing activities for Talent Acquisition across the region. This role will work closely with the Marketing team lead to understand current market practices and look for areas where Bank of America can expand talent pools. This person is expected to be creative and look at new strategies for attracting and retaining talent and the Bank. 

What you will do

  • Help manage the campus and lateral recruitment marketing strategy across all our lines of business in Asia Pacific

  • Plan and execute virtual and on-campus events for campus recruitment

  • Manage the content calendar & develop content for the campus website

  • Develop candidate communications related to all aspects of  recruitment

  • Produce marketing materials for campus and lateral recruitment

  • Support the broader campus team in organizing internship program

  • Work closely with our appointed Employer Branding agency for creative deliverables
