Your background

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts

  • Minimum 3 years HR experience, with robust understanding of HR operating model

  • Strong execution skills and a good communicator, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage conflicting and demanding clients and priorities

  • Good team player, be proactive and ensure timely delivery

  • Strong attention to detail, reliable and responsible

  • A solid and proven working understanding and technical know-how of Excel, data analytics and reporting/analysis, preferable within an HR environment

What you can expect

The Human Resources Analyst works as part of the regional Human Resources (HR) team in delivering HR services to Global Banking and Global Markets in APAC. You will play a vital role in reporting, analysis and execution of key HR activities. You must be a strong analytical and collaborative results-oriented individual with a passion for Human Resources.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will include but not be exclusive to:

  • Deliver data analytics with insightful analysis and reporting that will help the leadership team  identify patterns and make impactful business decisions

  • Support the employee life cycle and face-off Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders for advisory services including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, job-movement, talent / performance management, year-end process, offboarding

  • Assist in implementation of  People priorities across Banking and Markets businesses

  • Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders with the HR shared services team and the broad HR team

  • Prioritize & manage multiple tasks within the team
