Marketing Product Manager I - Affiliate Digital Marketing

The Consumer Digital Marketing team has a newly opened position to support the strategy, development, and delivery of checking across the affiliate marketing channel. We are looking to hire a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated and thrives in leveraging the affiliate channel to support product research and drive sales.

This role will be responsible for incorporating strategy, testing initiatives, regulatory disclosures and branding guidelines into the affiliate channel.  The team leverages research, insights and analytics to deliver ongoing improvements to marketing campaigns, and this role will be responsible for understanding relevant performance metrics and be able to identify opportunities to help improve efficiency.  The ideal candidate would also be comfortable interacting with external agency partners and affiliate partners to grow the business.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering across the organization to operate within risk and profit guardrails
  • Maintain communications with agency and affiliate partner sites, to align channel activities
  • Working with partners to discuss performance, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Ensure that affiliate channel goals are aligned to deliver against business goals.
  • Track the performance of the channel on an ongoing basis in order to optimize performance and maintain channel health
  • Support the launch of affiliate marketing campaigns by validating that all digital assets remain compliant

Qualifications/Required Skills:

  • Understanding of performance marketing in the affiliate channel, with financial services experience a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and executing marketing and/or digital initiatives
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with creative agencies and/or vendor partners
  • Ability to analyze performance data and use the results to inform marketing strategy and tactics
  • Possess strong communication skills with the ability to understand and present complex concepts in clear language

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, ability to adapt to changing requirements, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization
