JOB DESCRIPTION
• Drive trade product risk management routines including requirements within Global Transaction Services risk management activities
• Collaborate with the global team & stakeholders to support the risk management of the Trade Portfolio
• Lead and coordinate the preparation, execution and any remediation, if required, for internal and external audits, reviews and assessments for the Trade.  Engage with Trade Operations on indirect audits that impact the Trade FLU.  Manage issue inventory for the business.
• Serve as primary contact for Regulatory Risk Management and Transaction/Operational Risk Management issues and governance for Trade.  In this regard, liaise with internal stakeholders and business partners including Trade Product and sales, GCOR, Credit Risk, GTS Global Risk, Trade Operations and Business Control, Legal, Wholesale Credit, ESG, Finance, GFC, GES, ECM. and COO to ensure Policy, Standards and Framework requirements and guidelines are met.
• Act as Trade SME for the management of KYC refresh, break process, product compliance and ad hoc KYC issue remediation globally
• Organize and oversee the global Product Risk Framework governance routine for Trade.  Act as primary Trade Product Risk Lead for GTS Global Risk workstreams and projects
• Own needs driven by Policy compliance, including Arms and Munitions and high risk transaction escalation decisioning process for Trade. 
• Act as control point to ensure Compliance and Regulatory reporting requirements are accurate and fulfilled within required timeframe
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes
• Participate in preparation of Trade executive material preparation, including portfolio reviews; present Compliance Reporting and Audit findings during governance meetings and routines
• Support Trade Product in preparation and presentation of New Product Approvals as needed
• Monitor and report on Asset Quality in the Trade Portfolio

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience in trade finance product & operations, strong preference for experience with risk management responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid partnering skills to facilitate interactions at different levels within the organization
• Ability to internally influence and drive urgency/actions across functions
• Effective at identifying issues, proactive to devise solutions, and engage the right individuals for execution
• Structured and organized, with focus on detail
• Strong task management skills that require coordination with various business partners and LOBs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
