Administrative Assistant (Human Resources)

Your Background:

  • Experience or ability to interact with senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable with processing expenses and dealing with contractors and external vendors

  • Excellent PC skills including Word,  PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Mature, calm and professional at all times

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

What you can expect

Administrative Support

  • Provides administrative support for senior leaders mainly being responsible for coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, expense processing, coordinating logistics for visiting global management

  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, including room bookings and ordering refreshments/food as required

  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to coordinating support for Human Resources team

  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space and phones / computers / meeting rooms / office stationary, including co-ordination of strategic initiatives such as Windows migrations, office restacks etc.)

  • Management of events (communications, presentation materials, AV setup, survey distribution etc.)

  • Support the processing of invoices and expenses using Concur and Ariba system

  • Administrative support associated with team changes, on-boarding and off-boarding
