Treasury F&S Advisor - Service

Job Description:

Role Overview: Primary point of contact for high revenue clients, responsible for day to day servicing of treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products and services of varying complexity. Provides relationship management, servicing and technical assistance to internal business partners to resolve complex, unique client requests. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to requests received by phone, email from clients and internal partners; Perform Quality Assurance functions to ensure high risk processes are completed per procedure; Research complex issues raised by clients working with the banks card platforms that are not resolved by first point of contact; Work closely with technical partners both internally and externally to resolve clients issues.

Candidate will also support NA based Clients for service related queries within BofA across multiple products offered. Candidate must be on hand to offer premium Client service and deal with all Client queries and manage the relationships between our Clients and internal BofA departments. Up to date market knowledge on key initiatives and developments within the clearing and settlement space are essential. Directly interacting with Clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact for clients on all operational issues and will act as Client advocate within BofA to ensure all clients’ needs are met.

Responsibilities:

1:1 ratio of clients within assigned portfolio
Escalate as needed to ensure resolution is provided to clients’
Timely response to client queries regarding their requests
Takes ownership of portfolio by working with all clients to deliver superior customer service. Routinely interacting with clients for Advisor Connections (proactively engaging) to stream line requests, educating clients on CashPro
Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of Client fails
Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives

Required skills:
Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
Knowledge of Treasury Products is preferred

Desired Skills:

College Degree preferred.
