Deposit Fee Performance Product Manager

Job Description:

The Deposit Fee Performance Product Manager has responsibility for analyzing deposit fee performance and validating that the strategy was executed, as designed.  This role will work closely with partners across several areas to advance projects, programs, and address issues.

Deposit Fee Performance Product Manager Key Role Responsibilities include:

  • Validate the accurate application of Deposit products fees
  • Oversee execution of fee validation reporting covering NSFOD, Monthly Maintenance Fee, and Value Added Service charges
  • Lead research of assessed fee exceptions to determine root cause of accounts being charged, whether a false positive or an issue
  • Develop dashboard reporting to communicate process control performance
  • Drive cross functional analysis supporting Deposit product strategies including fees, overdraft, refunds/waivers, and payment solutions
  • Analyze performance of new solutions including Balance Assist, Balance Connect, etc. focused on initiative performance and client behavior trends
  • Escalating issues and supporting remediation to minimize client impact and operational loss

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years business analyst experience
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable to ever-changing requirements
  • Understanding of Consumer & Small Business products, channels, and financial performance measures/drivers
  • Critical thinking with ability to analyze key data elements necessary to solve problems
  • Ability to identify key successes and opportunities, and deliver recommendations based on findings
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Communicates and influences with impact; demonstrates high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate the organization, build strong partnerships, and influence across the organization in order to drive key results

Desired Skills:

  • 4 year degree
  • Experience with SQL/SAS coding
  • Experience with Interact and/or Synergy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
