Your background

  • Experience with IT within an Investment Banking environment.
  • Possess knowledge on Equity, Derivatives and Stock lending business would be a value add.
  • Fluent Korean and English (Speak, Read Write)
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Proactive attitude individual who takes initiative, is diligent and willing to learn or pick up new topics when needed
  • A good team player who can work independently when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a highly matrix environment

What you can expect

You will be providing support for applications migration on to a new platform. You will provide project management for migration of applications onto next generation platform and consult with business users on all aspects of the application environment/platform. You will form a strong partnership with development and infrastructure leaders to be successful in the role.

What you will do

  • Manage complex technology development and change.
  • Work closely with team members of varying levels of seniority and experiences
  • Take ownership and delivery of on-boarding support or associated processes
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, application development teams and infrastructure contacts 
  • Develop a clear understanding of client’s business you are responsible for and recommend, provide, and support application service that best fit client’s current and future needs
  • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams ensuring issues and defects are reported, actioned and meeting business requirements and timelines
  • Work with technology and application support teams to resolve issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrences
  • Work independently and prioritize multiple projects/requests
