Job Description:

Wholesale Banking Operations searches for a Client Fulfillment Implementation Consultant (Officer / AVP Level)

The Client Fulfillment Implementation Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Global Transaction Services clients implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acting as the primary interface with the client to establish all connectivity between organizations;
  • Organizes all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process;
  • Handles complex to simple implementation requests;
  • Consults and collaborates with sales officers and clients to ensure client requirements are fully met by services requested;
  • Coordinates a variety of complex and technical implementations of new or enhanced services;
  • This includes, but is not limited to, receiving appropriate executed documents prior to service implementation from sales and preparing necessary implementation forms with complete, accurate information;
  • Act as a liaison between Operations Units, Sales and clients to ensure services are implemented within specified timeframes;
  • Adheres to established service level agreements;
  • May handle escalated issues by successfully navigating the organization to resolve customer requests;
  • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions;
  • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward;
  • Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs – is a continuous learner;
  • Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change;
  • Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base

Core skills and requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Onboarding and Implementation of Treasury Services
  • Requires Project Management skills and experience;
  • Prior Treasury Services/Products Management knowledge;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory - Spanish is a plus;
  • Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Must be comfortable in managing multiple priorities, meeting facilitation, follow-up and escalation;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
