Risk Analyst - Enterprise Payment Technology

Job Description:

Position Summary

This role will support Enterprise Payment Technology, within the Retail, Preferred, Small Business and Wealth Technology organization. The role will be the Risk Lead aligned to the integration of the bank's AxiaMed acquisition into our Bank of America Merchant Services ecosystem.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
•-Risk assessments of project plans and activities
•-Writing risk issues and managing the remediation of open risk and audit issues, in partnership with impacted Technology, Global Information Security (GIS) and Line of Business partners
•-Weekly reporting to senior leadership on issue management portfolio and current project status from Risk perspective
•-Working closely with GIS partners to identify risks and partner on remediation plans
•-Working in partnership with Technology teams on control gap solutions and ensuring proper evidence/artifacts are gathered to close issues
•-Presenting at various Risk forums and senior leadership meetings to provide updates on risk/audit issue statuses or to gather senior-level approvals
•-Partnering with Program Governance to ensure all permits are approved ahead of project releases (for Risk-related items)

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Audit/Issue Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and meeting/workgroup facilitation skills, willing to present on large Risk forums

Desired Skills

  • Information Technology degree
  • Strong technical background/work experience
  • PMP Certified
  • Prior Bank of America experience
