8 Months Contract - Project Testers (Payments)

Job Description:

Your background

  • Sound knowledge of organizing and controlling the testing process.
  • Sound knowledge of policies/guidelines and regulations applicable to the banking business activities set by the Bank (OFAC, AML, etc.), Bank Indonesia and other local regulators, pertaining to area of responsibility.
  • Communicate effectively - good verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize assignments to efficiently manage time.
  • A team player - work together within the team, and with other teams to provide value-added service to clients and/or to business partners and/or to the bank as a whole.
  • Ability to ensure visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high quality testing result.

What you can expect

Projects testers to ensure quality of system before delivering it to customer. Reports to a Team Manager or Operations Manager. This is an Individual Contributor that involve in testing the reliability of new system. Responsibilities focus on the day to day planning and execution of testings within specific operations units requiring immediate and frequent involvement with unit activities. Reviews operations procedures and implements changes and ensures the enforcement and adherence to operations procedures. Requires basic operations knowledge with work experience in a specific product line. Typically has 2-3 years Projects and Operations experience

What you will do

  • Verify and evaluate the quality of new systems and process before delivering it to production.
  • Ensure that all outstanding testing items that require follow up actions are resolved timely and accurately.
  • Escalate problems or issues urgently.
  • Prepare internal testing reports as required.
  • Plan, deploy, and manage testing effort for any given engagement.
  • Apply the appropriate test measurement and metrics in the product and the testing team.
  • Manage resources - human, process, system - to optimize testing
