Job Title: Delivery Lead - Technology

Role Description:

The CLO Tech team is looking for a strong PM / BA to join our global team in EMEA. The candidate will be quarterbacking the teams Risk projects for 2022 this includes Reg projects such IBOR and FRTB as well as BAU work. The candidate will be working closely with both tech and business partners to drive forward deliverables. Looking for someone who can learn fast on their feet and can help to streamline our best practices as well as promote agile development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning including scope of work and funding
  • Handling analysis to dig into the product and requests
  • Running daily Scrum calls
  • Release management of the project ensuring compliance of BofA change standards
  • Providing weekly RAG Status of the project for senior leadership
  • Highlights tracking of deliverables
  • Helping with reconciliations of the data when migrating from old platforms
  • Jira/Horizon project lifecycle maintenance

The Team:

The CLO Tech team is part of the newly formed Micro Trading Technology organizations. The team handles the Credit Structured Products such as CLO, CAF, and CDOs. The users of the products the team creates sit in NYC, Charlotte, Chicago, and London. The team builds out analytics which are used for both Pre/Post trade analysis, they own reference data systems, client reporting, trading systems, as well as a structuring platform.

Core Skills:

  • Experienced project professional ideally with prior experience at BofA.
  • Experience in Financial Services or a large corporate organization is desirable
  • Excellent analytical\problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong financial skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Analytical mind with logical approach to problem solving
  • Pro-active self-starter with the ability to operate independently
