Business Support Lead I - Corporate Audit

Job Description:

*Position based in Hopewell, NJ*

Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions in a highly dynamic environment for local Audit Directors, and assists with general site support including mailing, ordering supplies, travel and expense reports, physical access control, desk/office space allocation, entering of tickets related to the maintenance of offices space, etc. Helps management with administrative details; gathering, compiling and reporting information relevant to/for departments; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.  Assists with phone coverage for Directors and is responsible for meeting scheduling (in-person, telephone, conference, telepresence and town hall). Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May have contact with sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs including Microsoft outlook, word, excel and Concur expense management / travel websites. Position will also assist Corporate Audit and Credit Review Hopewell site leader in coordinating and planning site activities and events and reporting/analysis for Audit administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong analytical skills, able to maintain a high quality and attention to detail

Strong relationship building skills to communicate with internal team and executive level management to gather/convey relevant information

Strong executive support and knowledge of a variety of software programs (i.e. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, WebEx and SharePoint)

Strong experience in Excel with an in-depth knowledge of pivot tables, functions, filtering and the ability to create high level reporting

Must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment with confidential information

Minimum of 1-2 years’ similar experience in business support
