Change In Terms Operations Project Consultant (CSWO)

The Document and Workflow Operations (DWO) - Disclosures & Notices (D&N) team is responsible for managing content change for legal and regulatory requirements, such as Change In Terms direct mail notifications. The team partners with Pricing Execution, Marketing, Product, Client Managers, Legal and external vendor(s) as needed, to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of content. The role oversees strategy, execution, and project deliverables related to Change In Terms notifications, including: vendor business requirements, content review, execution confirmation, vendor execution, Spanish translation per policy requirements as needed, as well as Legal, Requestor, and other applicable approvals.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Effectively communicate business requirements and expectations to internal teams, direct mail vendor(s), including Support Services, to ensure that notifications are accurate and sent on time
 • Collaborate with DWO and LOB teams, as well as support partners to deliver change management routines executed by D&N ensuring consistent client experience of DWO Tools and Capabilities;
• Assist with consistency, standards and approach for content migration and change execution
• Participate in testing and project work including requirements, documentation, implementation, digitization, and monitoring of content change
• Coordinate tasks across multiple teams, and have a proven history of applying critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to drive change
• Maintain processes to adhere to laws, rules and regulations
• Administer defined procedures, production metrics and reporting, as well as exception processing, where applicable
• Provide guidance to associates within unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operations changes

Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others
  • Ability to think strategically, operationally, and creatively
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work with short deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
  • 3+ years of Strategy Development, Change Management, or Project Management experience

Desired:

  • Experience or strong knowledge of “change in terms” and/or direct mail production
  •  DWO tools and process knowledge including Messagepoint, HP Exstream, Agile Methodology, Jira, ALM
  •  3+ years of experience in Marketing, Card/Deposits or Wealth Management Product, or Servicing organizations
  •  Experience in migrating bank related content/processing from or to a vendor
  • Operational process or process design experience
  • Issue management and ability to identify, diagnose, escalate, and resolve production issues in collaboration with vendor, technology, strategy and other partners
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
