Loyalty Strategy Senior Program Manager

Job Description:

The Personalization & Loyalty Strategy team's mission is to drive client loyalty through relevant and personalized programs and platform strategies that lead to greater client satisfaction, retention and deepening. We lead Bank of America's BankAmeriDeals program and are in the process of expanding into developing multiple additional third party and internal programs on our new Universal Offers Platform infrastructure. We're looking for a savvy product manager to join our team to drive out the next generation of offerings for customers. The candidate for this position will:

Develop medium- and long-term strategy for programs on our Universal Offers Platform

Identify and manage strategic initiatives leveraging internal and third party resources

Create business cases to prioritize opportunities

Work with teams to conduct innovation and research

Develop executive-level presentations and support communications to senior executives and stakeholders

Conduct analyses, extract insights, and communicate findings simply and succinctly

Develop and track metrics to understand program-specific and company-wide trends and to identify opportunities

Clearly communicate recommendations and collaborate across all levels of the business

Maintain visibility into industry trends and developments
