GWIM Operations Analyst

Job Description:

The Retirement Onboarding and Operations teams within Wealth Management Operations provide onboarding, plan maintenance and operational support for Institutional and Personal Retirement clients for product lines offered through Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS).

The Equity Operations team within Retirement Onboarding and Operations is responsible for Equity plan recordkeeping, settlement of option exercises, restricted stock, performance lapses and cost basis as well as ongoing administration service support, project management and development initiatives required for the Bank of America Equity Plan. The products supported include Equity Plan Services and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

The Equity Operations Specialist is responsible for all daily settlements of employee stock option exercises and restricted lapses, as well as the accurate and timely processing of all recordkeeping and administrative activities for our Institutional Equity compensation and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily settlement of option exercise, restricted and performance lapses and employee stock purchases plan events
  • Accurate and timely processing of all recordkeeping and administrative activities for our corporate clients Equity Award plans
  • Accurate and timely processing of all recordkeeping and administrative activities for our corporate clients Equity Award plans, including Plan Procedure updates, Blackout maintenance, ISO recalculations and Grant Award acceptance
  • Support of iReporting platform to be able to provide iReport training sessions and to be able to support day to day iReport creation requests
  • Support of monthly Roll Forward reporting packages as well as additional scheduled and one off client report requests

Required Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and part of a team
  • Exceptional follow up and follow through skills
  • Must be Detail Oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office

Desired Skills:

  • This role typically requires 3+ years’ experience in operations functions and a thorough working knowledge of the operational aspects of transactions and products
