GPO Customer Service (Phone Inquiry) - Team Leader

Job Description:

This GPO Customer Service Team Lead role is expected to support Payment coordination of new hire training, associate feedback and development, real-time phone escalation support, and staffing alignment within GPO's Phone Inquiry / Customer Service team. The incumbent’s responsibilities include but is not limited to coordinating work allocation, leading new hire training and cross-training across both US ACH and USD Wire profiles, and assisting account holders / internal clients with urgent payment-related inquiries. The role requires working knowledge of payment methods and end-to-end payment clearing. Additionally, they should understand the structure of the Bank and its lines of business in order to be able to strategically assist and support our clients. Incumbent will also assist the Operations Manager in development activities of the team as well as coaching, as necessary, to ensure that strategic direction is focused as well as ensuring compliance with Enterprise Standards and Regulatory-driven objectives.
