Job Description:

Administrative support for GWIM Compliance & Operational Risk Executive

Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a large department or for a complete business unit. Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May direct workflow activities.

Candidate will provide onsite support to GWIM Compliance and Operational Risk Executives by performing various support functions relieving team of administrative details, such as, phone coverage and calendar management. Such support functions include gathering, compiling and reporting information relevant to/for team and managing a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Will be exposed to confidential and sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for administrative support, but also have a willingness to learn, be resourceful and independent. They should be a self-starter with excellent follow up skills.
Leads administrative functions for multiple senior level executives as well as provide support to members of their teams. Functions may include: coordination of travel and meetings, processing of expenses, supply and facility management, on boarding/off boarding employees, ordering necessary technology, managing and securing space for visitors, creation and editing of presentations, supporting materials and reporting and special projects as needed.

Required/Desired

• 5+ years administrative/business support experience
• Professional presence and approach
• Proactive attitude with ability to stay focused and maximize time efficiently
• Solution oriented and resourceful
• Thorough knowledge of Outlook and other MS Office programs; strong PowerPoint skills are a plus
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
• Concur or similar experience processing travel and expenses
• Ability to learn quickly
