Software Engineer II- Real Time Communications Program Engineer

Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage coordination, reporting and communication for all RTC technical initiatives.
  • Track and report on RTC key metrics for all projects.
  • Work with each tower to develop, maintain and manage initiative target dates.
  • Identify and report risks to RTC services
  • Align with all RTC towers to create and maintain a team project and certification calendar.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations specific to customer requirements.
  • Accountable for prioritization and coordination of RTC initiatives.
  • Design and implement procedures to increase agility and team efficiency.
  • Present C-level presentations to Senior Management.
  • Work with LOB to ensure RTC alignment on LOB needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Work with RTC towers to help maintain specific multiyear technology roadmaps aligned with business unit plans.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure.
  • Self-driven starter.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs at the same time.
  • Must be able to influence and drive support for RTC initiatives.
  • Knowledge of market data/exchange technologies.
  • Experience in creating and managing KPIs.
  • Create C-level presentations.
  • Experience working in a financial services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

5+ years of experience in the real time communications field.
