Job Description:

Manage a team of 10-18 Document Administrators who are responsible for commercial loan fulfillment; preparing legal documentation, performing required due diligence, and working with sales and credit partners on closing loans on time for clients. Candidate must demonstrate ability to learn complex commercial lending structures and an ability to quickly adapt to a changing operational environment.

Resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes within line of business/operations segments. Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex problems related to product lines or functions, using general practices and precedents to resolve.  Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activity.  Ensures proper communication and compliance of company and regulatory policies affecting areas managed.

    • Ability to develop strong operational management metrics
    • Demonstrated management experience coaching to performance
    • Experience supporting executive level clientele
    • Strong understanding of commercial lending and operations (products, underwriting, risk, fulfillment)
    • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and make necessary process improvements that improve the client experience.
    • Strong communication skills - ability to identify root cause and move to remediate
    • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners  
    • Ability to use judgment to effectively solve customer/partner issues

    Desired Skills:

    • 4 year College degree or equivalent work experience
    • Legal documentation background
    • Knowledge of Loan IQ system of record
    • Previous experience as a fulfillment loan closer (documentation and/or booking)
