Robotics Application Support - SME Robotics, Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

This position provides critical support to the suites of GBAM applications that are using robotics platform. This role will act as SME for the platform setup, perform/establish end to end monitoring. Provide application support, incidents, problem resolutions, service requests and release deployments.   Act as MAPS interface for robotics environment management and establishing industry best practices

  • Provide critical Robotics support for GBAM and troubleshoot production outages along with ITRS based monitoring.
  • Create Onboarding standards for the Robotics support platform
  • Setup monitoring for L2 and L1 support
  • Apply Robotics industry best practices
  • Keep the management and other stakeholders updated with latest and upcoming changes.
  • Perform Incident, Problem and Release management for the bot.
  • Perform capacity management of the bot infrastructure.
  • Liaise with development and business teams to outline future business roadmap
  • Act as bot management SME for the team and provide trainings to others
  • Provide 24x7 on call, rotational support

Required Job Skills:

  • 5-7 years of technical experience including:                        
    • Operating systems:  Linux/Unix, Windows.
    • Open span platforms: UIpath , Orchestrator , Workfusion
    • Languages:  Python, Java, Shell, Perl, JQuery, JavaScript
    • Databases: SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, MySQL
    • Tools: ITRS Geneos , Splunk , Elastic search or any other monitoring tool, Ansible, Eclipse or any other IDE, CVS, Remedy, JIRA
  • Knowledge on ITIL standards
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 on call support environment

Desired Job Skills:

  • Working experience in DevOps and Agile culture
  • Python coding experience and hands on experience with Ansible, Jenkins ITRS Geneos monitoring
