Job Description:

Provides support to Oil and Gas Property Manager for comprehensive management of oil, gas and mineral assets held in trust, estate, agency accounts.  Involved in all aspects of lease administration, division order administration, title verification, deed/contract interpretations and preparation, domicile and ancillary probate proceedings, gas marketing and general trust administration.

Responsible for database maintenance relating to managed oil, gas and mineral assets  in various capacities, including revenue and expenses for multiple owners, lease maintenance and tracking and handling escheat fund process. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), organizational and presentation skills are required.  As well as the ability to multi-task. Communication with oil purchasers/companies and operators, with limited communication to clients.  Prefer 2 to 4 years oil and gas experience

Strong desk top skills:

  • Word, Excel and Access data base. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Prefer three to four years title experience with lease knowledge in oil and gas, PSA and operating agreement exposure. 

  • Ability to multi-task and handle several ongoing projects at one time
