Director, Card Product Manager

The continued growth of our cards business is driven by ongoing investments and innovation in our commercial card capabilities to help our clients optimize their supplier and travel spending. As a leader within Bank of America’s Commercial Card and Comprehensive Payables Product Team, the incumbent will be part of a dynamic, fast growing business and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for some of the world’s largest companies.   

Associate will be responsible for owning the Purchasing Card and Commercial Card products making up over 50% of the Commercial Card P&L.  The incumbent must be comfortable partnering with internal and external partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and execute on strategic initiatives. This incumbent will oversee innovative initiatives to deliver on client needs, drive innovation, identify revenue opportunities, eliminate expense for the business while maintaining the highest level of quality products. Incumbent must be organized with strong multi-tasking abilities, a clear communicator, and a proactive partner and leader.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ required years experience in product delivery, management or development

  • Bachelors degree

  • Understanding of Commercial Cards industry

  • Understanding of BofA or External Bank Card solutions

  • Strategic thinker & tactical execution skillset

  • Strong multi-tasker responsible for various projects simeultaneously

  • Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with B2B payments

  • Experience with fintechs                                                                                                                                  

  • Technical experience, preferably with API functionality
