Job Description:

Core Functions:
• As a GTS FX Product Manager, candidate will be responsible for partnering with FX Product Sales, GTS Sales, Client Coverage and GFX to continue to grow GTS and TFX revenue aligned to the products managed
• Key job responsibilities include the development and execution of product strategies aligned to the core product management of the Transactional FX core product suite.
• Help to develop the multi-year go forward strategy across the product suite, in addition to helping to define and execute on the cross product multi-year investment strategy and approach.
• Work across product lines and LOB to expand the FX product suite across supply chain, intelligent receivables (iREC) and integrated payables to name a few
• Help to drive revenue and notional volume growth through the creation of growth strategies inclusive of marketing campaigns, sales collateral and internal/external product education
• Represent BofAML as a firm and GTS as a business at industry conferences and act as a practioner during product webinars and lunch & learn sessions
• Develop client level analytics by client, country, region and product as well as perform research to understand industry trends.
• Develop and execute platform roadmap in partnership with regional product, technology and operations
• Development of business cases (revenue/cost reduction/market share) to invest in product enhancements/product extensions
• Work closely with FX sales and GTS sales partners to design sale pitches, attend sales calls and provide detailed product expertise
• Must work with globally-based sales and product managers to promote cross-currency payments capabilities and pursue marquee deals, including coordination with regionally-based product executives in developing, implementing and promoting required capabilities. 
• Participate in and drive industry dialogue on pertinent FX payment topics to ensure BAML’s and our clients’ interests are appropriately represented.

• Exhibit a breadth of understanding of the business challenges facing the bank’s clients, as they relate to cross border payments and FX. An ability to translate this knowledge into smart business decisions and process that deepens client relationships and increases market share and wallet penetration.
• Display strong knowledge of the GTS business and be conversant in Payment Services across a broad range of industry sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
• Ability to analyze, determine, drive and build solutions independently and proactively across the GTS teams.
• Strong grasp of critical principles of risk management, compliance and fraud as well as management experience.

• Proven track record of developing and executing on product revenue growth plans and strategies

• Recognized as a person of impact, engendering trust and loyalty in cross functional initiatives as well as with subordinates and clients.

• Demonstrated strong written and verbal presentation skills, particularly in synthesizing large amounts of information into concise messaging for executive management consumption.
• Working knowledge of new industry initiatives and FinTech development.
