Key Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • 3+ years working experience in a similar role
  • ITIL Change Management Experience
  • Have experience in IT in investment banking environment
  • Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Proactive, has initiative, diligent and hardworking and willing to learn
  • A good team player but also able to work independently with strong problem solving skills and work well in matrix management environments

Desired Skills:

  • SQL and related reporting capabilities
  • Ability to partner with development and support teams across different regions.
  • Proven background in facilitation of group meetings and conference calls.
  • Data analytics in Excel including pivot tables.

What you can expect

The Markets Application Production Services (MAPS) group is a global group responsible for the management of production systems across Global Markets Technology. The group works closely with the business and provides application support. The group closely interacts with the development and infrastructure teams to manage all changes to the production environment. MAPS has a strong focus on operational excellence and process improvement.

The successful candidate will join a global Change Management team based in several locations across APAC, EMEA and AMRS with a mandate to drive stability while enabling change and be responsible for all Change Management activities within a Domain/Region.

What you will do

As a member of the MAPS Change Management Horizontal team the candidate will be required to:

  • Oversee the day to day activities within the Change Management Processes.
  • Responsible for governance of Change throughout their lifecycle per the Change Management process.
  • Establish and oversee a weekly MAPS Change Forum for their allocated application portfolio.
  • Work with Development & Support functions to ensure change is well understood
  • Drive stability in an environment with a high rate of change
  • Ensure Enterprise Standards are adhered to
  • Maintain internal documentation and standards
  • Provide training and guidance to new department team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross training.
  • Design initiatives for Change Management tooling improvements and translate them into business requirements
  • Perform operational duties to comply with key controls for internal and/or external audit requests.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of the overall Change Management process and communication.
  • Responsible for producing, maintaining and distributing Change reports for critical business and IT services.
  • 12. Work with Business Partners, Development managers, leads, Risk functions to provide status reporting on the overall status of the LOB.
  • 13. Coordinate with Global team on Application deliverables tracking
