Job Description:

The email team manages and executes email campaigns across the enterprise for Bank of America products and services.  The Email Production Manager role is responsible for executing marketing and service email campaigns within Bank of America's Email Channel. We seek an individual who can manage the execution of campaigns and project work as well as think strategically in a highly regulated and visible channel. This candidate should be able to work independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments concurrently. This candidate will also be responsible for setup, testing and executing email campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Flawless execution of email campaigns supporting numerous enterprise-wide products

• Campaign set up and execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Modify/Update HTML assets including identifying/fixing rendering issues

• Implement any necessary Amp Script needed for dynamic personalization

• Lead channel proofing process

• Partner with Product, Segment, Digital Marketing and multiple lines of business

• Lead special projects that will enhance channel capabilities and sales opportunities (e.g. testing, mobile optimization, speed to market, capacity, reporting, procedural, documentation, etc.)

•Work closely with the creative agency and email vendor to align campaigns and projects and to ensure best practices are followed

• Work on cross-channel opportunities for campaigns and other projects      

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud with a deep understanding of Amp Scripting language
  • Experience optimizing within eCommerce – specifically Email Marketing
  • Able to work well independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills.
  • Experienced in working with HTML design software
  • Considered by others as a self-starter who shows initiative and drives for results
  • Proven ability to assess challenges and act decisively to identify solutions quickly and effectively

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of end to end email campaign process
  • Track record of influencing others through the use of objective data-based analysis
