LoanIQ Support Engineer

Charlotte, North Carolina;

Job Description:

The LoanIQ Engineer supports GBAM and is the SME for the global implementation of LoanIQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides analytical and technical support for LoanIQ applications
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for LoanIQ
  • Communicates complex functional and technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial and vendor
  • Troubleshoots and resolves application problems related to LoanIQ
  • Supports application releases, implementations, upgrades, and/or changes into the environment.
  • Supports O/S patching, disaster recovery and technical infrastructure triage
  • Monitors, manages, and possibly tunes platforms for availability and performance.
  • Takes ownership of escalations and performs trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query and programming skills
  • Participates in 24x7 production support rotation, responds and resolves production problems
  • Coaches and mentors other associates

Required Job Skills:

  • Expertise and extensive experience with Misys LoanIQ platforms
  • Experience supporting Misys LoanIQ platforms.
  • Experience in writing SQLs
  • Experience using App Dynamics, Splunk
  • Experience supporting Windows, Oracle, SQL Server applications
  • Ability to communicate complex functional and technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial and vendors
  • Ability to work in 24x7 production support rotation

Desired Job Skills:

  • Experience with Cognos and Microstrategy Reports

Responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the quality and timeliness of other systems professionals. Works on most difficult or complex systems. May provide expertise in determining the strategic technical direction and system architecture for initiatives. Provides training and technical assistance to more junior associates. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
